Founded by Annisa Teich, Farese and Co. brings nearly a decade of hands-on space strategy, design, and value engineering to commercial properties across Greater Hartford. What started with transforming underused buildings into thriving coworking communities — including West Hartford Coworking and Windsor Worx — has grown into a practice for reimagining all kinds of overlooked spaces in towns and neighborhoods often overlooked.
